Project Overview:
This freelance project was done for Mate Masie, a new employment coaching agency founded by an expert with over 20 years of experience. I was tasked with developing the agency’s visual identity, along with designing essential collateral such as business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and invoices.
Design Approach:
The company name, Mate Masie, and its icon,a symbol representing “what I hear, I keep”, were central to the design. The icon symbolizes four linked ears, emphasizing the values of listening and communication. The muted black and white color palette reflects a professional and corporate aesthetic, while the bold yet slightly youthful typeface for the logo, Scale VF, adds a modern touch to attract younger professionals seeking these services. Drawing inspiration from Swiss and contemporary design styles, I created clean, functional layouts that convey trustworthiness and approachability.
